Pricing Internship Opportunity with ADT

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Format: In-Person Monday - Wednesday; Remote on Thursdays and Fridays*
Dates: May 19th – July 31st, 2025

About the Role:

As a Pricing Intern at ADT, you will play a critical role in supporting our Small and Medium Business (SMB) pricing strategies. You will contribute to revising product portfolios, introducing financing options for sales channels, and assisting with the transition from Sterling CPQ to Salesforce CPQ (SFCPQ). This internship offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams while gaining hands-on experience in pricing strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SMB Portfolio Support: Assist in revising and updating the SMB product portfolio to ensure competitive and effective pricing strategies.
  • Financing Options: Contribute to introducing financing options for ADT’s sales channels, aimed at improving accessibility and affordability for customers.
  • CPQ Transition: Support the transition from the Sterling CPQ system to Salesforce CPQ (SFCPQ), ensuring smooth operational processes and system integration.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Collaboration: Outstanding cross-functional teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Communication: Strong written, oral, and graphical communication skills to effectively convey pricing strategies and updates.
  • Time Management: Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial modeling and data analysis.

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
  • Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays, depending on team schedules.
  • Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
  • Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 19-July 31, 2025.
