The Works:
- Get hands-on experience working alongside church leaders and staff.
- Meet regularly with a personal coach who is fully invested in helping you grow.
- Take on real leadership opportunities that stretch your skills and confidence.
- Be part of weekly training sessions and one-on-one development conversations.
- Help lead and serve in a church that’s making a real impact in the community.
- Gain clarity on your calling and the next steps in your journey.

The Cherry on Top:
- You’ll be living in Steamboat Springs, CO, where the views are unreal and the adventures never stop.
- Access to a ski pass is included, because Jesus walked on water, and now you can, too (sort of).
- You’ll have access to a MacBook, making sure you stay organized (or at least look like it).
- Choose between free housing or a $750/month stipend—either way, we’ve got you covered.
- Whether you’re in for 11 months (May-April) or 3 months (May-August), you’ll walk away with real experience, new skills, and stories you’ll tell forever.
