Marketing & Communications Internship

As an Intern, you will join our Marketing & Communications Team in either our Westfield, MA, Worcester, MA, Westwood, MA or Boston, MA office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering projects across a variety of responsibilities. Working with industry experts, you’ll tackle complex challenges that strengthen and support the firm. Our Marketing and Communications Team
Our marketing team is made up of experts in operations, proposals, and communications. These specialists collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the organization, playing a key role in shaping pursuit strategies and securing exciting new projects. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our internal partners, with every team member actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This approach drives the evolution of our processes and informs our strategic vision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our Marketing team in developing marketing collateral, including project write-ups, resumes, and other qualifications materials
- Working with the Proposal team in developing content, as well as assisting the team with priority initiatives that include our brand refresh
- Assisting our Communications team with the development of both internal and external communications including but not limited to website updates, social media postings, newsletters, videos, and awards submittals
What You Will Need
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or another related field
- You will need to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a desire to solve problems, flexibility, a positive attitude, and open-mindedness
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of completed coursework from your academic program
- Previous experience in the field of marketing, communications, and/or graphic design
- Proficient knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Compensation
Corporate intern hourly rates range from $18-$22 per hour and are determined based on completed years of education

Students are paired with a “buddy” and supervisor, both of which provide day-to-day guidance on projects throughout the internship or co-op.
