About the role:
Seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Supply Chain Management (SCM) Intern to join our Niterra North America team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Automotive industry in the areas of supply chain, logistics, inventory analysis.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support in various supply chain initiatives
- Perform data analysis and prepare Excel-based reports
- Support analysts with material expedites and tracking
- Prepare trend analysis reports
- Contribute to inventory optimization efforts
- Analyze customer demand data for accuracy
- Support tracking of new product demand
- Document supply chain processes and procedures
- Collaborate with supply chain and cross-functional teams
- Attend meetings and provide meeting documentation
- Prepare ABC inventory analysis reports
- Assist with process improvement initiatives
Who we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Accounting), or Engineering, with Junior or Senior standing
- Minimum Major GPA of 3.0
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience in project-based learning environments
- elf-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace experience, particularly Excel/Google Sheets
- Knowledge of predictive analytics a plus
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional corporate etiquette
- Ability to engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Capable of taking direction while also demonstrating initiative
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
