Your new role 

The AustralianSuper 2025 Intern Program is an exciting opportunity to build a career with a growing global investor. Commencing in July 2025, you will be exposed to a variety of our teams, developing the technology capabilities and skills to help members achieve the best possible outcomes in retirement.  

Joining for 8-weeks from July to September, Technology interns will work with our technology teams on a variety of interesting and challenging business problems, gaining meaningful insights into how we deliver outstanding outcomes for members.  Supporting the Fund’s data, information, and telecommunications systems, on a range of BAU activities, you will also form views and present findings back to colleagues and leaders on real-life projects.

Technology interns in London can expect to work on projects with one or more of the following functions; Cloud Engineering, Cyber Security, Modern Workplace Engineering, API / Integration Development, Data Engineering and AI.

This role is based at our office at London King’s Cross Estate, one of our marquee assets in AustralianSuper’s global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.

Following the successful completion of the Intern Program, we intend to offer Graduate placement opportunities commencing in September 2026. 

 

What you’ll need   

  • A passion for technology and data and how this contributes toward our Member focused purpose  
  • A creative problem solver who is intellectually curious. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Be solutions focused and align with the Fund's 'member-first' philosophy  
  • Share our values of Energy, Integrity, Generosity of Spirit and Excellent Outcomes  
  • Be in your final or penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree 
  • Be able to join the Intern Program for 8 weeks from July 2025 to September 2025
  • Be able to commence full time employment commencing September 2026 (2026 Graduate Program) 
  • Be a British citizen / Irish citizen or non-UK citizen with the ongoing right to work in the UK
