Job DescriptionÂ
- Accountable for researching the objectives of new business clients to determine recruiting goals and employment services needed.
- Responsible for recruiting High Level Candidates focusing on Engineering and IT including director and architect level individuals.
- Leverage background and knowledge to qualify candidates’ abilities related to the technical requirements of a position.
- Coordinate new hire process by conducting phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and performing ongoing follow-up with candidates.
- Extending employment offers, negotiating pay rates, conducting new hire orientation, and submitting candidate profiles to customers.
- Continually perform ongoing follow-up with candidates, building a lasting relationship and a valuable network of talented individuals.
- Discover and generate leads for new business as well as attend client meetings.
