Recruitment Specialist

Job Description 

  • Accountable for researching the objectives of new business clients to determine recruiting goals and employment services needed.
  • Responsible for recruiting High Level Candidates focusing on Engineering and IT including director and architect level individuals.
  • Leverage background and knowledge to qualify candidates’ abilities related to the technical requirements of a position.
  • Coordinate new hire process by conducting phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and performing ongoing follow-up with candidates.
  • Extending employment offers, negotiating pay rates, conducting new hire orientation, and submitting candidate profiles to customers.
  • Continually perform ongoing follow-up with candidates, building a lasting relationship and a valuable network of talented individuals.
  • Discover and generate leads for new business as well as attend client meetings.
