This position reports to the Sourcing Project Manager and will work in the Elkhart, IN office.

General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sourcing managers to drive cost reduction opportunities.
- Support RFQ process execution, negotiation and vendors selection that will meet Global Sourcing strategy.
- Lead a Cost Reduction Project in support of the Sourcing team for a specific commodity and provide presentation at the conclusion of the Internship Program explaining the value brought to the company by successfully completing the project.
- Support Sourcing Project Manager on the project administration by creating and monitoring the part tracker sheet, plan for every part file and presenting on a weekly basis the status of the project.
- Support on launch readiness for a Climate control product and a supplier phase out.
- Maintain and update CIDD (Cost Increase-Decrease Database) file and process by creating one on one scenarios with the commodities managers and finance.

Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualifications and experiences:
- Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
- Coursework related to the internship role (e.g., Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, willing to work with others and obtain cooperation.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented and organized.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in tools or software relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft Office with proficient in Excel and Power Point, AutoCAD).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, willing to roll up sleeves, adapt and grow.
