Global CRM IT Intern

Primary Projects:

  • Develop or refine training materials to support long-term user digital onboarding and adoption.
  • Create a concise, step-by-step digital onboarding guide for new C4C users.
  • Highlight underutilized features in C4C and explain how they can improve user productivity.

 

Additional Learning Opportunities:

  • Assist in troubleshooting minor user issues and documenting resolutions.
  • Learn to configure basic fields, workflows, or roles within C4C.
  • Support system performance monitoring tasks under supervision.
  • Help with data cleanup and validation tasks.
  • Generate simple reports or dashboards as needed.
  • Document and update C4C processes and system documentation.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems; knowledge of SAP C4C is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint/ Power Automate is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

This position will be in the office 4 days per week, and remote 1 day per week.

 

Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Relocation assistance is not available.

This is a temporary, summer internship with no benefits.
