What will you be doing?

This is a full-time co-op position for the Spring 2025 semester with up to 40 hours of work per week. We offer a robust co-op experience to ensure ALL our co-ops gain…

  • Knowledge about the industry we exist in and the clients we serve.

Responsibilities

This internship is designed for students to get hands-on, real-world experience working within our HR Operations, Technology & Transformation (OTT) team to support the delivery of change management initiatives and contribute to building change management capability at Circana. You will be working under the supervision of the Enterprise Change Management & Transformation Lead. Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Support the preparation and facilitation of key meetings
  • Build and maintain change management plans/trackers
  • Support the identification of change impacts for change management initiatives
  • Draft and manage the review of communications and education materials related to a variety of change management initiatives
  • Support the buildout of a change management playbook for Circana
  • Conduct external research on change management best practices

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or comparable degree in Business, Communications, Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field
  • Interested in gaining a generalist skillset about how a business operates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Takes initiative to learn about business processes, operations and technologies, and proactively asks questions to clarify their understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey a tight, compelling story
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to be flexible and accountable

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $22 per hour.
