Internship Overview
Gain hands-on experience in IT support while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Summer Intern, here are some responsibilities and projects you may work on:

  • Provide first-level IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of computers, mobile devices, and IT equipment.
  • Support the IT ticketing system by tracking and resolving user requests.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Assist with software installations, system updates, and security protocols.
  • Participate in IT projects related to system upgrades, cybersecurity, and automation.
  • Educate employees on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.

Required Qualifications
We’re looking for motivated students who are ready to learn and grow. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting and support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
