We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst Intern to join our Birmingham, AL Corporate Office for the Summer of 2025. What You’ll Be Doing: 

As a Treasury Analyst Intern, you’ll take on exciting projects and support key functions that keep our financial operations running smoothly: 

  • Master Banking Functions: Shadow treasury professionals to learn account setups, closures, and daily banking operations. 
  • Ensure Accuracy: Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and credit card transactions, and support month-end closing processes. 
  • Drive Improvements: Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions. 
  • Safeguard Assets: Manage positive pay exceptions, analyze discrepancies, and prepare journal entries for accurate financial reporting. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking a financial up-and-comer who’s ready to jump into the action. The ideal candidate has: 

  • School Game: Rising junior or senior majoring in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a 3.0+ GPA preferred. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial data effectively. 
  • Financial Know-How: Experience or coursework in banking and financial transactions. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to analyze and organize financial data with ease.
