What You’ll Be Doing 

As a Compensation Intern, you’ll dive into the dynamic world of pay structures, market analysis, and reward systems. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Breaking Down the Stats: Analyze market trends and salary data to help ensure our compensation strategies are competitive and equitable. 
  • Designing the Blueprint: Assist in developing and updating job descriptions, salary structures, and pay guidelines that reflect organizational goals. 
  • Strategic Playmaking: Partner with teams to review and adjust compensation programs, ensuring compliance with wage laws and alignment with business needs. 
  • Data-Driven Success: Use analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and provide insights that inform decisions. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who’s ready to dive into the details of compensation and rewards. You’ll bring: 

  • School Game: Junior or senior majoring in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (3.0 GPA preferred). 
  • Excel MVP: Proficiency in Excel (think v-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas) to help crunch numbers and find solutions. 
  • Analytical Edge: A talent for digging into data and uncovering trends that drive better decision-making. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to explain complex topics clearly.
