Job Type: Part-Time •  6 hours weekly • $35 per hour •  $800+ monthly

Overview
Arts Team Interns perform and shape the creative experience for weekly worship services. This role is essential in advancing our mission through the arts in a manner that connects, impacts and inspires people.

Skills
• Vocal proficiency 
• Adept communication
• Fun and relational personality
• Instrumental abilities (guitar, etc) are a plus.

• Assist in developing a volunteer culture enabling instrumentalists and vocalists to use their gifts while delivering an artistic experience that is excellent and authentic.

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership during Wednesday rehearsal and Sunday morning services.
• Lead in a manner that inspires people and moves the congregation to new levels of faith and devotion.
• Foster a creative culture that empowers artists to use their gifts for God.

• Energetic, positive, team player that values fun as a priority of the experience.
• Model honesty, purity, humility, integrity, and Biblical community in relationships.

Schedule
• Wednesday (2.0 hours)
7:10-8:45 p.m. Rehearsal

• Sunday (4.0 hours)
 7:40 a.m.  Call
 7:50 a.m.  Run-Through
 8:35 a.m.  Break
 9:00 a.m.  Service #1 (65 minutes)
10:10 a.m.  Green Room/Break
10:30 a.m.  Service #2 (65 minutes)
11:35 a.m.  Service Ends
