About Crate&Barrel Digital Merchandising
The Crate&Barrel Digital Merchandising team is responsible for delivering the best-in-class customer experience the moment a customer lands on the website. We manage the assortment, content and shopping experiences to inspire the customer to make a purchase with us. We are the voice of the customer within the digital space; putting the customer at the center of every decision we make. Digital Merchandising works strongly with our cross functional partners both within ecommerce and the rest of the organization. We believe in the art and science - that data + analytics is our north star to ensure we are getting the customer to the right product, every time.
Internship Summary
Our 10-week internship program will provide valuable exposure to the various areas and senior leadership within our Digital organization, and will allow you to gain meaningful experiences created by our dynamic business environment. You will be stretched to build on existing skills and challenges to maximize your learning agility. Your role will be a blend of immersion into the daily work of the team, as well as a project that you will fully own, designed to directly transform our business.
During this internship, you will be immersed in our fall product and content launch. You will learn the lifecycle of a product, curate and build an inspirational landing page, and participate in the in-the-moment optimizations to drive sales. The project will focus on personalized recommendations which is a key product finding method for our customer. As we relaunch this key functionality, you will dive deep into the customer’s journey and create a strategy per placement per product category for the furniture department.
Interns are eligible for full-time consideration based on overall performance throughout the program period.

Intern Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program; anticipated graduation in Spring/Summer 2026
- Academic excellence and community involvement
- Previous business, related internship, or work experience
- Ability to work full-time for 10 weeks during the summer (Mid June - Mid August 2025)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions (will not require sponsorship for employment visa at any point in the future)
