Program Overview

Designed for students aiming for law school or a legal career, this internship places you inside active legal and human rights programs:

Legal Aid Commission – Engage in pro bono legal cases

CDD-Ghana (Center for Democratic Development) – Research governance and human rights policies

Muslim Mediation Center – Assist in mediation and dispute resolution

Achievers Ghana – Support community legal aid initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Interns gain hands-on legal experience in:

Program Fee & Value

This is a structured, fee-supported international internship that provides law-school-relevant mentorship and practical legal exposure:

2-week program: $1,200 USD

Additional week: $300 USD/week

Accommodation & all meals

Airport pickup & in-country transport

Orientation, supervision, and mentorship by legal professionals

24/7 staff support for safety and guidance

Cultural & social activities (drumming, dance, cooking, city tours)
