Sales Intern

Summer 2025 Sales Intern (Seattle, WA Area)

 

As an intern at Stewart, you will have access to work on real-world projects, gain insights from mentors and leaders throughout the organization, and can participate in social and community events to enhance the experience – ultimately providing you with tools to support your transition from college to professional life. Our Summer Internship program runs June 2 – August 8, 2025

 

During the internship, you will:  

  • Learn about Stewart’s approach to systematic sales pipeline management
  • Understand sales presentations and sales techniques
  • Understand a “Day in the Life of a Sales Representative” and a “Day in the Life of Sales Manager”
  • Understand the mechanics of forecasting and how it relates to setting sales goals that align with operational budgets
  • Help build out training materials and videos using https://www.syntesia.io/
  • Be assigned projects that help to deliver on customer outcomes and identify business improvements
  • Be supported by a mentor, your manager, various business leaders, and the Human Resources team, all of whom will ensure you have a valuable learning experience
  • Receive coaching and direct support and feedback to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop skills in your functional area of focus
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to inform your project(s)
  • Learn internal processes, systems, and other industry-related information

 

 

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will: 

  • Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s level degree program
  • Be able to fulfill the duties of the role in an in-person environment for the duration of your internship (Seattle locations may vary)
  • Be open and available to travel to Houston, TX throughout the program, as the program demands (travel to be paid for by Stewart)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the passion and energy to leave your mark
  • Be results-oriented, innovative, collaborative, analytical, hands-on, inquisitive, a quick learner, proactive, and have excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Have an eye for continually seeking to enhance a process or approach, while successfully delivering on assigned projects
  • Be adept at handling a changing workload and high volume of information
  •  
  • Be available to complete the entire internship program as defined by the communicated program start and end dates
  • Be fluent in oral and written English
  • Be eligible to legally work in the country in which you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restriction
