Customer Care Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Customer Care Team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational company with a focus on supporting our North American operations. The intern will assist with tasks such as SAP data management, data analysis, order entry, reporting, sustainability and more.

What you will do:

  • Verify the accuracy of the customer’s orders and make/communicate any corrections deemed necessary to ensure all orders are accepted and entered correctly.
  • Project work including data entry into SAP.
  • Answer customer inquiries relating to order status, shipping/delivery dates, pro number, carrier, and any additional questions that may arise.
  • Use the CRM system to enter customer data, request data and information as needed.
  • Participate in both individual and team training and meetings to ensure knowledge is up to date.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the organization’s customers and data.
  • Effectively work and communicate in a multi-cultural environment seeking assistance as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

What you will need:

  • Pursuing an Associate’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • SAP experience (preferred).
  • Excellent PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Experience with a customer data management system.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
