Recruiting Internship

Are you interested in gaining experience in the IT Staffing Industry and want to be part of a company that invests in your growth? Convergenz is offering an exciting summer internship opportunity at our Tyson’s Corner, VA office, where you'll have the chance to learn about recruiting, business development, and sales, all while being mentored by experienced professionals. This internship is designed to help you build a strong foundation in the industry and give you the skills necessary for a successful career.

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment while being actively involved in projects and initiatives that contribute to the success of the organization.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are effective communicators, both written and verbal
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, determination, and a team-oriented mindset
• Have a desire to succeed and explore a sales-oriented, performance-driven career path
• Enjoy networking and building professional relationships
• Are motivated by achievements and enjoy a challenge
• Are comfortable with making outbound calls
• Have an interest in working in the IT/Technology space

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program (or recent graduate)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• A passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment

Internship Investment/Development:

• 8–12 week internship at 20-30 hours per week (duration and weekly schedule are flexible to accommodate program requirements and intern availability.) 
• One-on-one mentorship with our experienced recruiters and sales team. 
• Learn business development and recruiting best practices & strategies
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and insights into the ever-evolving industry.
