Operations Intern

What You’ll Do:
The Summer Internship Program at U.S. Xpress provides students with developmental training, mentorship, and networking opportunities in addition to hands-on experience. As an operations intern, you will support the operations team in managing their day-to-day activities including reporting and maintaining relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks as needed.
Duties may include:
Contacting customers to confirm and share information
Assisting with reporting/data entry
Supporting team projects and initiatives
Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Education
Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.

Skills/Certifications
Familiarity with Power BI a plus.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
