Legal/DE&I Intern

Position Summary:

The Judge Group is seeking a motivated and passionate Legal/DE&I Intern to support our Legal team and our ESG initiatives. This 10-week internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and to gain hands-on experience in both legal and DEI functions, supporting our commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. The intern will work closely with both the Legal and DEI teams to assist with various projects, research, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and developing presentations for ERG meetings.
• Assist Legal team with research and document preparation.
• Help with the organization and maintenance of legal records and databases.
• Support the planning and execution of ERG related events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote ERG initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the program manager such as managing calendars, handling routine correspondence etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college/university.  Majoring in Law, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Political Science or related field.
• Passion for and commitment to building inclusivity
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.).  Canva a plus but not required
• Prior experience or coursework in legal studies or DEI is a plus
