Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Intern to help grow our online presence, improve SEO, and engage with our local community. You’ll be working closely with our team to execute marketing strategies, manage social media, and help increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter):
    • Post 3-4 times a week across all platforms.
    • Create engaging content (success stories, educational posts, community updates).
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and share relevant posts.
    • Grow connections and interact with industry professionals.
  2. SEO Optimization:
    • Optimize 3 blog posts per month for SEO.
    • Research keywords and improve search engine rankings.
  3. Google My Business Management:
    • Monitor and update profile regularly.
    • Request 2-3 client reviews per month.
    • Respond to reviews professionally.
  4. Local Community Engagement:
    • Build 1 new local partnership or collaboration per month.
    • Share 3-4 local community posts or events on social media.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
    • Basic SEO knowledge.
    • Strong writing and communication skills.
    • Experience with Google My Business is a plus.
    • Graphic design skills (Canva) are a plus.

Goals & KPIs:

  • Social Media Growth:
    • LinkedIn: 200-300 new connections.
    • Facebook/Instagram: Increase followers by 15-25%.
    • Twitter: Grow following by 15-20%.
    • Increase post engagement by 25-30%.
  • SEO Results:
    • Increase blog traffic by 15-20%.
    • Improve rankings for local keywords.
  • Google Reviews:
    • Secure 12-18 new reviews over 6 months.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Establish 3-4 new local partnerships or initiatives.
    • Share 3-4 local community posts/events.
