We’re looking for a creative and motivated intern to help shape our brand, create engaging content, and support our mission to empower student-athletes.
Position Overview
As a Marketing Manager Intern, you will play a vital role in building Athlytic’s external brand presence and communicating our vision to partners. You will gain hands-on experience in sports marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital content creation. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment and make a direct impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:
- Develop 1-3 short-form video pieces per week for social media using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
- Design 1+ weekly graphics for marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Community Engagement:
- Communicate with athletes via email, direct messages, and social media to foster relationships.

Marketing Strategy:
- Create and distribute a monthly newsletter for athletes and brands, covering industry updates and NIL insights.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for athlete partnerships.
- Compile and maintain a list of recommended athletes for brand collaborations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation (video editing, social media marketing, or graphic design preferred).
- Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
- Basic understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a willingness to learn.
