Position Overview
We are looking for a Community Outreach & Engagement Intern to support our strategic partnerships, talent engagement, and event activations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building relationships, fostering engagement, and supporting community-led growth. You’ll play a key role in activating our job seeker and startup communities, expanding partnerships, and driving meaningful interactions.
Responsibilities
- Engage and nurture our online community through LinkedIn, Slack, and other channels.
- Assist in planning and executing community events, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Develop and implement community engagement campaigns to drive interaction and retention.
- Conduct outreach to job seekers, startups, and ecosystem partners to expand our network.
- Collect and analyze community insights and feedback to inform engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify community voices and success stories.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with community management, event coordination, or outreach is a plus.
- Passion for workforce development, startups, and professional growth.
- A self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
