Procurement Intern (Summer 2025)
SUMMARY: The Stride Procurement Team is looking for a creative, passionate individual that is ready to join us as a Procurement Intern and learn within a creative, dynamic organization. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the evaluation of Stride’s supply base, supplier segmentation activities, revision of the savings process, and establishing a strong foundation for the transformation of Procurement policies and procedures.

- Assist the Procurement team with reporting and spend analysis
- Support the larger organization with the development of supplier segmentation templates and subcategory lists, including building a supplier list of supplier point of contacts.
- Revise and update savings templates, procedures, and formally document process
- Assist the team on source-to-pay process improvement related activities
- Assist the team with data entry into Cobblestone Systems, along with tracking and monitoring as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no current formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or starting a Master’s/MBA program (major or concentration relevant to the position: Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Web proficiency
- Smartsheet knowledge a plus
- Ability to clear the required background check
