M&A Integration Transformation

Intro and job overview:

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is a 10-week program that begins June 9th and concludes August 15th. This opportunity is 100% remote, and you must be in the United States during the summer internship. The M&A Integration and Transformation Intern will work closely with the M&A Integration and Transformation team. 

We’re seeking a motivated, analytical intern eager to make an impact through data-driven analysis and process improvement tools. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, working with data, and collaborating in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You’ll partner with leaders driving M&A integration, business transformation, and strategic initiatives, applying analytics and structured problem-solving methods to support key decision-making. This internship offers an outstanding opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain exposure to core business operations while contributing meaningfully to Precisely’s growth.  

Responsibilities and duties: 

  • Support M&A integration and strategic initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. 
  • Assist leaders from various departments in making data-driven decisions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. 
  • Use analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Python) to build models, visualize trends, and uncover insights. 
  • Conduct research and gather business requirements to support process improvements and decision-making. 
  • Communicate findings clearly and concisely through reports, presentations, and visual storytelling. 
  • Develop strong relationships across teams and gain firsthand exposure to how a high-growth company operates 

Requirements and qualifications: 

  • Precisely's internship program is for rising junior and senior undergraduate students set to graduate after August 2025. 
  • We prefer candidates located in Eastern Time Zone; however, all are welcome to apply 
  • Demonstrates a drive to achieve results, finds ways to resolve problems independently, and escalates issues when necessary. 
  • Proven ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment. 
  • Collaborative and works well with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and offers assistance to accelerate progress. 
  • Self-aware of strengths and development needs, with the courage to debate differing viewpoints and voice opinions. 
  • Intellectually curious and works to understanding complex business problems and scenarios, pushes to consider and find innovative solutions. 
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
