Training Coordinator Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and ergonomics standards and rules.
• Assist with the creation of training material.
• Lead and/or co-lead internal training sessions.
• Source and coordinate external training programs.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly reports of training completion.
• Responsible for creation of induction and training plans for new hires and coordinate follow-up of plan adherence.
• Co-responsible for management and tracking of site training plan.
• Administrate local learning management system (LMS).
• Training records assurance and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance on training initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by HR leadership.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a Bachelor program for Human Resources or related studies.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Resilience.
