Cultivate, OneHope’s esteemed internship program, draws on over 30 years of expertise in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. It provides a unique opportunity for students to discover their calling, enhance their faith and leadership skills, improve ministry practices, and connect with the global church. Our aim is to equip college students and recent graduates with essential training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in ministry work.

We are looking for proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented students to join our Operations team as Supply Chain Interns. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in supply chain management, logistics, and operational processes within a faith-based organization. You will assist in optimizing our supply chain and logistics systems to support the mission of OneHope and contribute to the successful execution of global projects and initiatives.

This position is perfect for individuals passionate about logistics, operational efficiency, and supporting the health and growth of OneHope’s ministry. Interns will gain valuable experience while learning to manage resources effectively and ensure that critical materials and supplies are available to serve the global church.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Assist in the coordination of sourcing, tracking, and delivery of materials and resources needed for ministry projects. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
  • Inventory & Resource Management: Support inventory tracking and management, ensuring resources are available for field operations. Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining adequate stock.
  • Logistics Coordination: Help streamline logistics processes by assisting with the coordination of shipments, orders, and deliveries for various ministry programs.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing supply chain data, providing insights and reports to improve decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including ministry teams, to ensure that the necessary resources and supplies are available to support global initiatives.

  • Passion for Ministry & Operations: A strong interest in supporting the mission of OneHope through logistics, supply chain management, and process optimization.
  • Tenacity and Resilience: A driven and persistent attitude to overcome challenges, especially in fast-paced or unpredictable environments. You will be tested to find solutions when faced with obstacles and will need to demonstrate patience and persistence until the job is done.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with supply chain or project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to collaborate with various teams.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
