We’re growing fast and need agile, innovative, and passionate go-getters who care about their craft and share our mission. We’re currently looking for a results-driven Innovation & Growth Intern to drive business growth, optimize revenue streams, and amplify brand impact.

Position Overview:

As an Innovation & Growth Intern, you will help grow our brand, boost revenue, and find new ways to engage our audience. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in converting at least 5% of cold leads and 15% of warm leads into clients or partnerships through outreach and follow-ups.
    • Research brands, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with Chubby Diaries.
    • Help pitch Chubby Diaries to tourism boards and travel brands.
  • Design and use email campaigns to increase audience engagement and sales.
  • Create lead magnets and grow the newsletter list by 30%.
  • Research trending content and create fresh strategies to keep Chubby Diaries ahead.
  • Improve our content for maximum reach and interaction across all platforms.
  • Track and analyze the monetization strategies and platform performance.
  • Report trends and suggest ways to improve business revenue.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, brand partnerships, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and research skills to support sales and partnership efforts
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, email marketing, sales or entrepreneurship is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social media insights.
  • Passion for social media trends, emerging tech, and audience growth strategies.
  • Self-starter with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
