Collaborative Project Coordinator Summer Intern

Cultivate, OneHope’s esteemed internship program, draws on over 30 years of expertise in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. It provides a unique opportunity for students to discover their calling, enhance their faith and leadership skills, improve ministry practices, and connect with the global church. Our aim is to equip college students and recent graduates with essential training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in ministry work.

We are seeking proactive, relational, and detail-oriented students to join our team as Collaborative Project Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist in managing collaborative projects, building partnerships, and ensuring smooth project execution within OneHope’s global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking collaborative projects, ensuring goals and timelines are met.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Building: Work with internal teams and external partners to build effective partnerships and ensure project success.
  • Strategic Planning: Help implement strategies that drive successful collaboration and align with OneHope’s mission.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and ensure all teams are aligned and informed throughout the project.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work across departments to ensure resources are aligned with project needs.
