
Social & Video Marketing Intern

Our internship program is designed for driven individuals who want to gain hands-on experience, own a real project, and contribute to a high-performance team.
This is not a typical internship. You won’t be shadowing someone, getting coffee, or handling administrative tasks. You will own a project from start to finish—whether it’s a territory for sales, a content series for marketing, or an internal product for engineering.
About the Role
The Social & Video Marketing Intern will develop an ongoing content series focused on storytelling, brand building, and audience engagement. You’ll have the creative freedom to plan, shoot, and edit content for multiple platforms, helping Paragon’s portfolio companies grow their digital presence.
Responsibilities
• Own a content series from concept to execution (e.g., behind-the-scenes founder stories, product showcases, or social media trends).
• Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Research trends and emerging formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Optimize video performance through SEO, psychology, and audience analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand goals.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently while executing a creative vision.
• Comfortable being on-camera for content when needed.
