Human Resources and Compliance Intern
Summary
OneStream is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our People Operations team for a 10-week summer internship focused on HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Compliance. Our North America Program runs from Monday, June 9th 2025 - Friday, August 15th 2025. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to jumpstart their career with hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This internship provides hands-on experience with HR technology, data management, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic corporate environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
HRIS Support:
- Provide confidential administrative support, ensuring that HRIS and People Operations data remain properly secured.
- Assist the HRIS team with processing and resolving HRIS ticket requests.
- Assist with workflow improvement for company property.
Compliance & Audits:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the team in preparing, reviewing, and organizing audit documentation for internal and external audits.
- Building out Copilot Agents to grab regulatory updates.
People Operations Process Support:
- Assist People Operations with process improvements, focusing on operational efficiency and compliance risk mitigation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Risk, IT, Legal and other teams to enhance processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Provide support for People Operations projects
Required Education and Experience
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Senior or graduate-level students.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably UKG (but experience with similar platforms is also beneficial).
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is nice to have but not required.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel.
