This internship offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that enhance user engagement across the customer journey. As a Lifecycle Marketing Intern, you will work on optimizing acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion strategies using AI-driven insights and marketing automation tools.

Intern Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Analyze user journeys, behaviors, and touchpoints to optimize messaging, outreach timing, and content strategies.
Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable) to segment users and deliver personalized experiences.
Create and manage email, push notification, and SMS campaigns based on user behavior and engagement data.
Work closely with data teams to track performance metrics and develop data-driven insights that inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with product and content teams to align marketing messaging with Runwei™’s brand and mission.
Conduct A/B testing on marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and optimize engagement strategies.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, such as open rates, click-through rates, churn rates, and customer lifetime value.
Assist in developing customer journey maps to identify friction points and recommend improvements.

Intern Qualifications/Skills
Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of lifecycle marketing principles.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable, etc.).
Experience with customer segmentation and data-driven personalization.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and A/B testing strategies.
Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with different teams.
Passion for social impact, financial inclusion, and empowering entrepreneurs.

Desired Qualifications
Experience with AI-driven marketing strategies.
Familiarity with SQL or Python for marketing analytics and segmentation.
Background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or customer success strategies.
Understanding of customer retention strategies and engagement funnels.

Work location: Remote, with weekly check-ins and collaborative meetings.
