As a UX/UI Designer Intern, you will play a critical role in enhancing the digital experience of our web and mobile applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with TheraMotive’s vision.

Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research and gather insights to understand the needs of patients, therapists, and organizations.
Analyze feedback to identify pain points in existing platforms.

Design & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new and existing features.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

Visual Design:
Design engaging and visually appealing interfaces that align with TheraMotive’s brand identity.
Develop design assets such as icons, typography, and style guides for the platform.

Usability Testing:
Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and data.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering.
Participate in team meetings to contribute creative ideas and updates.

Eligibility Requirements:
Education: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a UX/UI design, graphic design, or related program.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Passion for Design: Interest in designing for healthcare or improving user experiences
