Please note that through Blackstone LaunchPad’s partnership with Company Ventures, this role is ONLY open for students currently enrolled at City University of New York (CUNY) schools. Only CUNY students will be invited to interview and participate.

ANI is a corporate and employee benefits platform that provides access to museums, shows, sports, and events to help organizations attract and retain talent, improve community building, boost engagement, and enhance wellness. The Business Development Intern will develop and nurture relationships with new experience providers to expand ANI’s offering and geographic reach. This presents a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to develop their business acumen and relationship-building skills within a fun and exciting sector.

Intern Job Responsibilities
Develop and launch messaging campaigns to expand ANI’s experiential offerings
Build and maintain relationships with sports teams, museums, performing arts theaters, and experiential venues
Collaborate with company leadership to develop and execute a geographic expansion plan
Learn to use systems like Apollo and other CRMs to automate outreach tasks
Provide weekly updates on tasks and progress made
Deliver end-of-internship presentation on goals achieved, personal learnings, and ANI recommendations

Intern Qualifications
Strong interest in arts, culture, or sports and creating a better workforce experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Receptive to feedback and willing to provide upward feedback
Collaborative and detail-oriented
