The Social Media & Marketing Intern will develop social media and marketing strategies to highlight ANI’s value proposition to corporate buyers and prospective employee members. Intern Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing ANI’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Draft and schedule posts to promote ANI’s cultural partners, client success stories, product updates, and industry insights
Research relevant hashtags and trends to optimize reach and engagement
Research competitor social media strategy and leverage best practices for ANI
Monitor social media activity and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
Support the creation of a monthly social media content calendar
Intern Qualifications
Strong interest in arts, culture, or sports and creating a better workforce experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience creating posts, stories, and themed-based post series on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Proficient in editing and design software such as Capcut, or an equivalent, and Figma or Adobe
Proficient in Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Receptive to feedback and willing to provide upward feedback
Collaborative and detail-oriented
