Global Quality Management Intern

Schneider Electric has an opportunity to join us for our Summer 2025 Global Quality Management Intern in our Nashville, TN Hub location.

Are you passionate about improving Quality and/or Continuous Improvement and currently pursuing a Management (Technical or Business) degree focusing on engineering & manufacturing process optimization, cost analysis or operations improvement? 🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Global CS&Q Quality Assurance Director
• Work closely with global Quality team on tracking Quality related activities and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Analyze risk vs cost benefits.
• Analyze data and exhibit results in presentable format.
• Collaborate with the 3rd party ISO Certification Registrars
• Support developing governing procedures.
• Actively participate in global discussions and contribute to the establishment of best practices across diverse operational environments.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree (Master’s preferred) in Management (technical/business) with focus on quality and/or operations management (supply chain).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with Excel, i.e., Pivot tables, and Power Points.
• Enthusiasm for quality management and process optimization.
• Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with Omnex® digital platform.
• Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with International Quality Standards, i.e., ISO 9001, audits, Six Sigma, 8D.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with global stakeholders effectively.
