Product Analyst Intern Job Responsibilities
◦ Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to visualize key findings
◦ Collect, organize, and analyze loyalty program performance data using various analytical tools and techniques
◦ Interpret data to uncover insights into user behavior, market trends, and loyalty program metrics
◦ Turn data-based analyses into compelling presentations with actionable insights
◦ Conduct user interviews to gather feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement
◦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved with data
◦ Produce clear, concise, and well-structured documentation based on research findings
Intern Qualifications/Skills
◦ Strong interest in the travel and banking industries
◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
◦ Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
◦ Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to learn.
◦ Proficiency in collaboration software, platforms, or technologies, e.g. Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Segment, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
◦ Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus
