Marketing Intern
Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across various initiatives, including event planning, social media, digital marketing, content creation, and CRM management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing B2B tech environment while learning from experienced professionals.
As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in multiple areas of marketing, including:
Event Research & Coordination:
- Research national and local building trades events (associations, trade shows, chapter meetings, etc.) in key regions such as Orange County, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
- Assist in event planning, coordinating logistics, and supporting both internal and external communication for events.
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Assist in managing LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook accounts.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content to improve visibility and engagement.
Graphic Design & Video Editing:
- Design marketing assets, including social media graphics, presentations, event materials, flyers, and email banners.
- Edit short-form videos for social media, event promotions, and website content.
- Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar design/video software.
Webinar & Digital Marketing Support:
- Draft invitation copy for webinars and manage invitations.
- Set up webinars on platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams and provide support during live events.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including template creation and audience segmentation.
CRM & HubSpot Management:
- Assist in HubSpot CRM for contact management, email marketing, and campaign tracking.
- Support the team with lead data entry, segmentation, and reporting.
- Ensure that marketing workflows and automations are running smoothly.
General Marketing Support:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights.
- Assist with administrative tasks and marketing analytics.
- Work on additional marketing projects as needed.
