Our mission-driven team empowers the next generation of social entrepreneurs with cutting-edge tools and platforms. Currently, we are expanding into a Platform as a Product (PaaP) model to enhance learning experiences and grant applications using artificial intelligence (AI).

Position Overview
This hybrid role blends platform strategy, business development, and AI-focused technical innovation. As a Tech Platform Strategy & AI Development Intern, you will play a critical role in shaping our PaaP model while also contributing to the development of AI-powered tools like Sparky, our intelligent coaching assistant. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, AI development, and business innovation.

Key Responsibilities
AI Development Support
Assist in the design and enhancement of Sparky, our AI coaching assistant.
Develop and optimize machine learning models to improve personalized learning experiences.
Analyze participant data to refine AI algorithms for adaptive learning and career matching.
Collaborate with the tech team to implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities for real-time feedback.

Platform Strategy & Business Development
Support strategic planning for the successful transition to a PaaP model.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities in the ed-tech PaaP and AI space.
Help develop pricing strategies and Go-To-Market (GTM) materials for the platform.
Create communication materials that highlight the value proposition of our PaaP and AI solutions.
Identify and engage potential partners and clients, preparing proposals and pitches.

Communications and Stakeholder Engagement
Develop marketing content to articulate the benefits of AI-driven solutions.
Participate in meetings and events to promote Cambio Labs’ innovations to stakeholders.
Assist with presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications
Current junior or senior at CUNY pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Experience with business strategy, market analysis, or product development is a plus.
Proficiency in Python, R, or JavaScript for technical roles.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passion for leveraging technology to drive social impact and equity.
