Job Responsibilities
• Shadow & Strategize: Work closely with the founder to develop and execute key business strategies, providing real-time support to drive growth
• 0-to-1: Assist in market research and data analysis to shape company strategy and inform decision making
• Go-to-market: Propose strategies and lead community-led growth initiatives such as outreach, focus groups, and beta testing
• AI-Native Operations: Explore and use AI-based tools effectively to design workflows and perform tasks
• Pitch: Prepare presentation materials and/or performance reports to support business development or fundraising activities
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong interest or experience in digital health and AI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, driven by impact and growth
• Resourceful problem solver, adaptable and resilient, high empathy
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media content and marketing
• Technical skills in LLMs, full stack development, or product management is a plus
