We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Intern to support talent acquisition efforts, employer engagement, and job seeker outreach. This role involves attending career fairs, engaging with hiring managers, and driving user adoption of the WorkOnward platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and passionate about connecting businesses with talent. This role includes a base stipend with commission incentives, providing earning potential based on successful business and job seeker sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Represent WorkOnward at career fairs, hiring events, and networking engagements to promote the platform.
Build relationships with hiring managers, assisting them in posting jobs and utilizing WorkOnward’s hiring tools.
Recruit and onboard job seekers, guiding them through the registration and job search process.
Provide customer support to businesses and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Collaborate with the WorkOnward team to refine outreach strategies and employer engagement initiatives.
Earn commission-based incentives for successfully onboarding businesses and job seekers onto the platform.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage hiring managers and job seekers effectively.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple employer and candidate interactions.
Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, or HR technology.
Prior experience in event coordination, recruiting, or customer support is a plus.
