Please note that through Blackstone LaunchPad’s partnership with Company Ventures, this role is ONLY open for students currently enrolled at City University of New York (CUNY) schools. Only CUNY students will be invited to interview and participate.

About: Company Ventures is a NYC-based early-stage venture capital firm that invests in new technology-driven businesses at the earliest stages. We predominantly invest in healthcare, fintech and B2B software businesses at pre-seed, seed and series A stages. The Program Operations Intern at Company Ventures will report to the Director, Impact Programs and assist with the day-to-day operations of the Boost Founder Fellowship, NYC Startup Internship Program, and uplift the Intern Alumni Network.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist with logistical operations for the Boost Founder Fellowship and NYC Startup Internship Program
- Provide support for communication to the cohorts
- Plan and strategize engagements
- Set up meetings and events
- Connect with CV Intern Alumni
- Promote the alumni group and obtain feedback on their experiences
- Develop communication / content strategy utilizing Slack, LinkedIn, and other channels (if needed)
- Organize inclusive + light touch programming
Ad-hoc projects / tasks (to be discussed and mutually agreed upon)
Requirements & Criteria
- Strong oral and written communication skills (you'll be sending out correspondence and content daily)
- Attention to detail and proper time management skills
- Ability to work well with people with a variety of backgrounds, skills, concerns, and personalities
- Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Nice to haves
- Experience with Airtable
- General knowledge of the startup ecosystem
- Interest in the venture capital space / willingness to learn about it
