About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team, contributing to the development of Prepare Prep’s AI-integrated SaaS solutions. You'll work on projects that directly impact individuals seeking stable, fulfilling careers in skilled trades and healthcare, sectors crucial for future economic stability.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of AI-integrated SaaS applications focused on career training and placement.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to optimize platform performance, user experience, and scalability.

Support integration and troubleshooting of AI features, ensuring smooth functionality and usability.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and proactively identify areas for technical optimization.

Work closely with senior team members to document processes, track performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar).

Basic understanding of cloud technologies and AI frameworks (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, TensorFlow, OpenAI).

Strong analytical skills and interest in leveraging technology to solve practical, real-world problems.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid, cross-functional team environment.
