Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM) Intern / Themis | Company Ventures

Intro
Themis is a rapidly growing compliance software company serving banks and fintechs. Our mission is to streamline and simplify regulatory compliance. As our Marketing & GTM Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing teams, gaining firsthand experience in a fast-paced startup environment dedicated to growth and collaboration.

Intern Job Responsibilities
Develop and refine marketing materials: Work closely with the marketing team to create and update sales decks, case studies, and other collateral for use in client outreach.
Support outbound sales efforts: Research and identify potential leads, assist in outreach campaigns, and gather insights to refine lead-generation strategies.
Write a monthly newsletter: Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather company updates, industry news, and success stories, crafting engaging content for our audience.
Assist in GTM planning and execution: Help plan and organize go-to-market strategies for new product features or enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Analyze campaign performance: Track and report on marketing and sales metrics, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize results.
Collaborate on brand awareness initiatives: Contribute to social media posts, website updates, and event planning to strengthen our market presence.

Intern Qualifications/Skills
Strong interest in marketing, sales, and the fintech/regulatory compliance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail in developing content.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic startup setting.
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
Proficiency in common office and marketing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media scheduling tools).
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to collaboration and contributing to shared goals.
