
Internship - Sales Communications Administrator
The Sales Communications Administrator is responsible for supporting the Sales Communications Team, through internal media, influencers and employees. As a strategic business partner, our Communications team is responsible for executing strategic communication programs/campaigns that support the top business objectives for the company’s sales, marketing, headquarters, and other internal groups.
Essential Job Functions:
- Managing and executing projects as assigned by the Sales Communications team.
- Learn and utilize software to support efficient project management, analysis, and execution of communications campaigns internally and with business partners.
- Assist with live and virtual event facilitation and communication for internal employees.
- Assist with email, social posts, print advertising, video scripts, and presentation copywriting.
- Assist with management of databases that support internal communications.
- Learn and support intranet content management across multiple pages by working with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Research and supply Sales Communications team with relevant industry trends.
- Support in design, editorial, and composition of training materials and resources that support internal communications initiatives.
- Building relationships with stakeholders and communicating promotional services.
- Reporting and analysis of multi-channel communications campaigns.
- Have experience with and understanding of current communication technology platforms for email distribution, web publishing, photo editing, etc.
- Excellent at editing and proofreading, including one's own work.
- Possess the organizational skills required to manage multiple projects and deliverables across many teams and organizations.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud software knowledge preferred).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and presentation skills a plus.
Position Requirements:
- College degree or in the process of completion preferred.
- Major preferably in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Level headed problem solver with a professional, service-oriented attitude
- Superb organizational and tracking skills with great attention to detail.
- Adaptable, dependable and responsible.
- Basic understanding of business communications, marketing concepts, and sales strategy.
- Have a "dive right in" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Is a nimble, flexible writer skilled at both starting from a blank piece of paper and refining existing content.

Base Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
