Internship Overview

We are seeking a Finance Intern for Spring/Summer 2025 to assist in optimizing financial operations, analyzing pricing structures, and identifying revenue growth opportunities. This position will provide hands-on experience in financial analysis, business optimization, and strategic planning within a marketing agency environment.

Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Optimization

• Create and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.

• Develop and manage quotes for potential clients.

• Optimize financial processes to improve cash flow and operational efficiency.

• Analyze current pricing models and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability.

Data Analysis & Revenue Growth

• Review marketing packages and identify opportunities to increase profit margins.

• Conduct competitive pricing analysis to ensure Galaxy Marketing Services remains competitive in the industry.

• Analyze historical customer data to identify trends, retention opportunities, and revenue growth strategies.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest ways to enhance financial efficiency.

Business Development & Sales Support (Optional)

• Assist with sales outreach initiatives to generate new business opportunities.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop pricing models that align with client needs and business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial analysis tools.

• Interest in digital marketing and business strategy is a plus.
