
Human Resource Internship
Mission:
Support the HR Director Americas by providing administrative and analytical assistance, helping to manage reports, presentations, and system updates, while gaining exposure to key HR processes and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the HR Director Americas’ schedule and manage calendar activities.
- Create and maintain Excel reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and consolidate PowerPoint presentations.
- Review and refine presentations to maintain high-quality standards and accuracy.
- Conduct headcount analyses and other HR-related analytical tasks.
- Track and understand monthly actuals vs. current month and analyze forecast variations.
- Explain headcount forecast changes in detail, including line-by-line variance analysis.
- Organize job requests and prepare follow up files/messages.
- Update the OPteams system with current information.
- Consolidate, analyze, and update weekly reports.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- Able to start right away.
- Able to work for a full year.
- Able to work 25-32 hours.
