Program description:

The First Eagle Summer Internship Program is a ten-week program based in New York for rising Juniors who are in the process of completing their undergraduate degree in 2027. The program will commence in June and will provide students with an immersive and rewarding professional experience. This internship will offer students the opportunity to receive hands-on experience working alongside employees and understand the inner workings of an investment management firm with a legacy committed to attractive real returns for clients over the long term.

 

Business Optimization: The Business Optimization intern will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, industry research, and strategic content creation. This individual will support key initiatives related to the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Investment Management industry and explore how First Eagle can harness AI to transform the way we work. Key responsibilities will include assisting with management information reporting and contributing to high impact firmwide initiatives. This intern will also have the opportunity to participate in project planning, capture key insights from meetings, and gain practical experience using Monday.com, First Eagle’s enterprise project management platform.

 

The qualities you should have:

  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Current undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2026
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedicated work ethic and high attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, plus proficiency in excel
  • Passion for finance and learning about the asset management industry

 

Base Salary (hourly rate): $31.25
