Junior System Administrator for Adobe Workfront

Summary

As a Junior System Administrator for Adobe Workfront, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Workfront environment. Your responsibilities will include handling user support requests, managing help desk inquiries, and ensuring smooth system performance. You will assist in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workfront, while also providing hands-on support to users. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

This position will support our Digital Enablement team.  It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week.  The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX. Additional cities include Las Vegas, NV, Chicago, IL and Orlando, FL.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Basic understanding of system administration, networking, and database management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with Adobe Products or Workfront is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software


Education & Experience

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Junior status
