Administrative Support and Bookkeeping

Are you an organized, multitasking superstar with a knack for numbers and a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a dynamic personality to join our team and help us keep things running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Interact with clients and team members with a friendly and outgoing personality, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Utilize your expertise in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Stay organized and easily handle multiple tasks, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and attend occasional business trips as needed.
